Majordomo

Majordomo is a locally-hosted, privacy-first AI household assistant: local inference on local hardware, isolated by design, per-household context, voice-first. The thesis is fiduciary — an assistant holding a household’s most sensitive context shouldn’t depend on frontier APIs, or on anyone’s incentives but its owner’s.

Alongside the assistant I’m building an evaluation harness that benchmarks open-weight models on household tasks: whether they catch the problems that matter without inventing ones that don’t.
