EveryDrop

EveryDrop grew from a conviction: democratic participation in philanthropy — the everyday building of generosity norms — is a precursor to a society’s capacity to handle collective action problems, climate among them. It comes out of a long engagement with effective altruism, and out of wanting to give people a trustworthy, low-friction way to begin.

It is a charitable microdonation platform, registered as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (charity number SC055401) and built in Flutter. I founded it and chair its board. Go-to-market focuses on university RAG societies — communities where the norm of giving already has a foothold and can be practised rather than preached.
